Celebrate Southampton's Heritage

As the days grow shorter, our winter programme offers a chance to reconnect—with the city, its stories, and each other.  With fewer crowds and crisp winter air, it’s the perfect time to see the city in a new light.

Winter Walks

This winter, we’re keeping it classic—with two of Southampton’s most beloved heritage tours. Whether you're stepping into hidden vaults or strolling in the footsteps of Jane Austen, our guides bring the city’s stories to life with warmth, wit, and wonder.

Overground & Underground: Explore medieval walls, descend into secret vaults, and uncover tales of Southampton’s colourful past.

In the Footsteps of Jane Austen: Walk where Jane walked, and discover the Regency charm that inspired her world.
